ROLE OVERVIEW:
• Analyse business processes, create process documentation/workflows
• Facilitate process workflow modelling in order to collaborate on process improvements
• Establish process efficiency indicators and KPIs
• Participate in the development of the KPI monitoring product
• Review information and trends to ensure that the output of processes are achieving the desired results
• Extract reports and provide a high-level analysis of data for review
• Conduct maturity assessments against the process activities to highlight areas of improvement or concerns
• Collaborate with IT team, participate in the implementation and improvement of business management systems
ESSENTIAL SKILLS OR EXPERIENCE:
• Bachelor degree in mathematics, econometrics or similar
• Strong analytical skills
• Ability to influence interested parties and work closely with them to determine acceptable solutions
• Communication and presentation skills in English and Lithuanian
• Ability to work alone and within teams
PREFERRED SKILLS OR EXPERIENCE:
• Computer knowledge: MS Word, MS Excel, MS Visio
• Previous work experience in business analysis and related field
• Consultancy skills
