Responsibilities:
- Payroll data collection, validation, submission and subsequent checking (payroll system ALGA and Workday);
- Updating internal documentation;
- Responsible for the accurate filing and storing of employee data according to the respective data protection requirements (GDPR). This will mostly be hard copy paper filing;
- Ensure administrative compliance with local regulations and authorities;
- Prepare and distribute payroll reports as needed;
- Participation in various HR projects.
Requirements:
- Possibility to work full time (I-V, 8:00 - 17:00);
- Fluent LT, EN (B2);
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint);
- Higher Education or last year student;
- 0,5 year administrative or customer service experience.
Company offers:
- Comfortable office: V. A. Graičiūno g. 8, LT-02241 Vilnius;
- Gross salary 1500-1650 eur/mon gross;
- Onboarding;
- Temporary contract till the end of the 2021, with possibility to expand.
Working hours: I-V, 8:00-17:00.
