• Your role will be to plan, set up and optimise paid campaigns on Google ads and social media.
• You’ll track KPIs, report on campaign results, analyze data and produce actionable insights.
• You’ll write, manage and optimise effective ad copy.
• You will work hand in hand with Paid media lead and with the marketing team to achieve long-term and short-term business goals.

• You understand the principles of search engine marketing and display advertising.
• You have hands-on experience with different marketing channels and platforms, primarily Google Ads and Facebook Ads Manager.
• You are comfortable with using data to identify/create opportunities that align with the paid media strategy and reporting on the success.
• You have a ‘test and learn’ approach, comfortable with initiative and the ability to propose new ideas and solutions.
• You are commercially minded and confident in establishing and measuring business metrics, as well as managing budgets.
• You have an understanding of ecommerce, its’ advertising & analytics peculiarities.
• You have good time management & collaboration skills, problem-solving capabilities & analytical thinking.
• You have good interpersonal and communication skills.
• You are fluent both in Lithuanian and English.
