Major Responsibilities

• Air Import and Export shipment handling
• Pro-active customer service and personal development
• Document review and data entry
• Pro-active customer updates
• Compliance with Expeditors Policy, Government and Industry regulations.
Typical tasks include working directly with importers, air carriers and government agencies to facilitate the compliant and timely entry of imported merchandise. Industry experience
is not required and candidates should expect intensive company and industry training.

Requirements & Expectations

• Excellent English verbal & written communication skills
• Previous experience in Air Freight / Transportation / Logistics would be an advantage
• Experience with MS Office suite, Windows and various PC based software
• Willingness to learn and develop the industry skills
• Sense of Urgency
• Attention to Detail
