MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:

Active daily communication with the Son de Flor community;
Engage in the content of accounts Son de Flor follows and build relationships with them;
Create and post on Feed, Stories, Reels, IGTV, Guides;
Maintain a daily online presence (minimal on weekends & holidays);
Understand, analyze, and report the results reached;

REQUIREMENTS:

Excellent written and oral communication in English;
Creative writing skills with an ability to write in the company‘s brand voice;
Open, warm, and personal style of communication with a proactive attitude (providing more than asked);
Creativity to produce engaging content according to SDF values;
Adaptability and flexibility to change in the content plan and ideas;
At least minimal knowledge in Social Media Marketing & Strategizing;
Strong time-management skills and discipline to post content on social media accounts;
Interest in keeping up with new IG trends, updates, and news
