• Drive profitable traffic to our site through a variety of online marketing techniques including search, paid advertising, video reviews, retargeting, social and through other channels such as direct mail, radio podcasts, TV and video advertising and etc.
• Constantly optimize marketing activities to improve return on investment, upsell, retention, engagement
• Test new channels and trends
• Analyze and report performance of campaigns and identifying strategic opportunities for campaigns scope expansion on campaigns and promotions
• Allocate budgets and analyze and recommend modifications to ad spends
• Optimize marketing budgets to maximize Cost per Acquisition (CPA) and efficiently scale new customers and new products
• Collaborate with marketing team and digital marketing partners (agencies and freelancers), manage their work
• Taking care that tracking is correct and accurate

• At least 1 year of proven experience in working in an online traffic business that generates leads and revenue and engages customers
• Previous experience with Google Search, Google Ads (GDN, YT), Google Analytics, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn ads and other digital channels
• Analytical and know how to generate actionable insights out of data and offer recommendations for further driving performance and growth goals
• Passion for digital marketing
