Currently, we are looking for a Project Management Officer (PMO) who has strong sense of responsibility and is also able to work independently or as a team member. The PMO will focus on the preparation of contracts and agreements, contract term-tracking, assisting in monitoring, and optimizing internal business processes.

RESPONSIBILITIES
• Administer contractors on-boarding/off-boarding processes, including documentation, system processing, third-party notifications.
• Gather data, produce and analyse reports, track agreements terms.
• Ensure administrative compliance with local regulations and authorities.
• Responsible for the accurate filing and storing of employee data according to the respective data protection and confidentiality requirements.
• Ability to interpret and communicate HR policies and procedures.
• Support HR Admin with ad-hoc requests.
• Distributing information throughout the organization.
• Developing and managing internal process procedures, templates, and other shared documentation.

REQUIREMENTS
• Experience with document preparation and legal language.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite. Experience using a HRIS data base and reporting application would be considered as big advantage.
• Strong sense of ownership and the ability to handle multiple competing priorities. You are a problem solver and a self-organised person.
• Strong focus on data quality and confidentiality conditions.
• English skills (B2 and higher level) both written and verbal.
• Strong communication skills (oral/written/presentation).
• Service-oriented attitude and willingness to learn.
• Education and experience in labor law, civil law would help a lot in this position.
