The Junior Accountant for Accounts Payable ensures timely, accurate, and compliant service delivery for all Accounts Payable transactions following performance and quality standards defined in relevant service level agreements.

Your primary responsibilities will include:

Support the day to day Accounts Payable operations for the following process areas:

• Process invoices until the release of payment
• Handle internal and external communication
• Ensure the understanding and compliant service delivery across McKesson Europe of agreed policies and procedures
• Understand service level agreements and key performance indicators for Accounts Payable related processes
• Contribute to the continuous maintenance and the update of Accounts Payable process activities and procedures
• Assist the implementation of initiatives for improving the efficiency and/or effectiveness of the Accounts Payable transaction processing

Requirements

• Strong written French skills
• Bachelor’s degree
• At least 1 year of experience in administration or a similar position
• Good English language skills
• Rigorous and organized, with attention to detail and a high sense of confidentiality
• Willingness to learn and to achieve the best results in work tasks
