Job information

• Regional Service delivery manager would take care after IT infrastructure, systems of Shared Service Centre in Lithuania, Russia, and Poland
• The main focus of the role would be business relationship management and satisfaction of the people they support
• Responsibilities would be related with 2nd line support
• The function is also involved in local/regional IT projects under central governance of central or regional IT project management
• Regional Service Delivery Manager will support that established standardized and harmonized processes are properly used and this to have a consistent high service performance to strive to improve customer satisfaction within the region
• Responsibilities will include building strong relationships with Stakeholders in companies of specific regions by enabling bidirectional communication regarding service performance, new business requirements, the status of projects and support activities

Requirements

• Technical IT background (Support and Infrastructure), preferable bachelor’s degree in IT field
• Communication and Business alignment skills
• Written and spoken English language
• Russian and/or polish language skills
• Ability to work in a matrix organisation and multicultural environment
• Ability to work independently
