We are looking for a Lead Analyst with a proactive personality and an ability to incorporate business relationship-building skills with problem-solving techniques. Understanding software development process fundamentals, awareness of business and IT strategy will be significant advantages.

You will be successful in this role if you can extract and synthesize information from multiple perspectives and sources, translate It between business and technical concepts along with articulating and recommending solutions addressing the needs of the company.

Daily activities:

• Collaborating with internal and external representatives to understand their needs.
• Involving in the research, design, and implementation of the solution.
• Documenting business requirements. business processes and proposed solutions in detail, preparing, updating, and reviewing technical specifications.
• Preparing wireframes, providing required diagrams and flows charts based on the business analysis.
• Participating in the evaluation of proposed software quality and its enhancements, making recommendations based on the analysis findings.
• Facilitating regular meetings with the project manager, project team, and stakeholders.
