What You Will Do:

- Dive deep into our recruitment process and help Hostinger grow by finding and hiring the right people;
- Search and identify potential talents via headhunting, networking and proactive search;
- Own full recruitment cycle for specialist level roles: screening calls, interviews, on-boarding;
- Ensure highest-quality Candidate and Hiring Manager experience;
- Cooperate with other teams throughout the recruitment process;
- Touch on our Culture, Employer Branding, Leadership & Development initiatives;

- You are crazy about recruitment, finding and attracting the best talent;
- You have 3+ years of proven record as a recruiter;
- You have experience in hiring IT specialist roles;
- Ownership - you don't wait to be told what to do, you are ready to help and never say “that’s not my job”;
- Strong can-do attitude;
- Excellent communication and time management skills;
- Fluent in English and Lithuanian;
