Job information

• Oversees all daily operations of the Littelfuse plant and multiple small plants in a geographic location/area.
• Keeps production at maximum capacity while working within financial controls.
• Ensures all required quality and regulatory standards are met.
• Develops processes for maximizing safety, quality, productivity and stewardship. Approves policies developed within various sub-functions and departments.
• Has accountability of the manufacturing, ensuring that production meets set goals.
• Comply with laws and other legal acts, the Articles of association of the Company, resolutions of the General Meeting, decisions of the Board.

Essential Job Functions:

• Develops and implements the business strategy, ensuring alignment with Littelfuse goals. Works with senior leaders to determine priorities for the plant(s).
• Partners with Senior Leadership to create production manufacturing plans within the plant(s).
• Assesses issues and develops resolutions to meet objectives. Ensures that the team maintains proper controls for safety, quality, costs and productivity.
• Oversees the policies, ensuring that steps are made to align with Littelfuse policies, where necessary.
• Reports financial metrics to demonstrate division progress toward goals and objectives. Identifies corrective paths, as necessary.
• Evaluates staff levels for current and future requirements and identifies training and development requirements.
• Other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience
• Leadership experience in manufacturing environment
• Competency in MS Office
• Good organization and time management skills
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills
• Good understanding of Operation Financial Metrics (Gross Margin)
• High level of interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills
• High attention to detail
• Motivation to drive change
• Bachelors or university degree in Engineering
