- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience coordinating multiple tasks simultaneously
- English proficiency (B2 and above, written and verbal)
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Orientation to details and accuracy
- Bachelor’s degree or with an equivalent combination of education and experience
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Work together with the team to smoothen the recruitment process in the company
- Headhunt candidates that fit the requirements of the position raised within the allocated time
- Pay attention to requests from Key Account Managers to work on new positions
- Use recruitment tools for headhunting candidates
- Write emails and messages to candidates throughout the whole recruitment process
- Communicate with colleagues and team directly for smooth internal communication
- Interview arrangement and coordination between potential candidates and internal clients/project teams
- Able to interview potential candidates for managerial positions
- Work well with the HR Team for the employment documentation and onboarding process of hired candidates
