• Have an in-depth understanding of database structure principles
• Excellent knowledge of PostgreSQL and MySQL
• At least 5 year experience as SQL databases
• Excellent knowledge of Mongo
• Experience with cloud databases such as Google BigQuery
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

• Drive the design, architecture and implement complex database solutions
• Provide technical leadership and guidance to team members to solve complex problems and oversee usage of best practices and technologies
• Oversee and guide other team members in the most effective ways to build and work with multiple types of databases
• Plan and implement backup and recovery of large databases
• Optimize current database systems and build new ones
• Be proactive in recommending innovative solutions that can benefit the company
• Analyze structural requirements for new software and applications
• Ensure all database performance and availability meets agreed SLAs
