Main responsibilities:
- Handling incoming customers‘ sales orders - from order to invoicing;
- Communicating with hospitals and distributors regarding deliveries, coordinating shipments with logistic service provider;
- Monitoring stock levels, participating in annual stocktaking and inventory;
- Collaboration with other departments to ensure smooth processing of sales orders and clients requests;
- Provision of relevant information in a professional and timely manner.
Requirements:
- Bachelor‘s degree;
- Accuracy in data entry and use, attention to details;
- Good command of English language and communication skills;
- Experience in logistics/supply/customer service/accounting;
- Advantages: experience in Pharma industry and/or experience working with SAP.
