Intrum GBS is working on transforming and developing back office processes for all Intrum countries and will proceed with these tasks in GBS Operations Center. Join our company as a 2nd Line Support (Change Management) specialist, share and develop your knowledge and be a member of dedicated, enthusiastic team.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Evaluate and assure expected quality level of registered change requests
• Assure that the official processes are followed
• Communicate with stakeholders and take responsibility on the deliverables
• Participate in preparation of product requirements and other documentation
• Identify and assess business and IT risks
• Create service improvements

About you:

• Experience in IT Operations or Change Management field
• Experience in writing/reading documentation
• Proficiency in English
• Ability to work in a team and cooperation skills
• Communication and strong interpersonal skills
• Contribution to a continuous improvement culture

Salary:

1300 -1800 Eur gross/ month. The final offer will depend on the experience and competencies of the selected candidate.
