Own the product vision and roadmap for the banking software portfolio with inputs from internal and external stakeholders.
Communicating with clients to understand their business needs and raised requirements to come up with an appropriate solution
Analyzing & systemizing requirement specifications, data mapping, diagrams, flowcharts to present it to the internal team & customer
Examining current systems and producing specifications for new or modified systems
Scope & change management

Understanding of software & systems development
Previous experience in IT System Analysis (or similar role) at least 3 years
Strong analytical, critical thinking & planning skills
Bachelor’s degree (preferably in IT, Mathematics, or Engineering)
Excellent written and verbal communication in English and Lithuanian
Ability to sketch or prototype new functionalities using tools like Sketch, Axure, Figma etc.
