ABOUT THE ROLE
Softeq is working with prominent vendors and providing solutions that solve all their business needs. And you will be helping improve business processes in this role.
MAIN TASKS
- Elicit and analyze different types of requirements for projects in Presales, Discovery and Production phases
- Analyze and model business processes, suggest improvements
- Communicate with customers from the USA and Europe, actively participate in various sessions and workshops remotely and on business trips
- Plan and estimate analysis tasks; Document requirements based on SDLC (RUP, Waterfall, Scrum, Kan-ban)
- Interact with the project and BA team
- Manage project scope, product backlog, and change requests
- Conduct presentations for customers and the project team

REQUIREMENTS
- 2-5 years of relevant experience
- B2+ (upper-intermediate) English level
- Ability to clearly state your thoughts
- Analytical and system thinking
- Experience in requirements elicitation, analysis, documentation and management
- Experience in wireframing (e.g. in Balsamiq, Figma)
- Experience in modeling and diagramming (e.g. UML, BPMN)
- Experience in Software Development Life Cycle
- Strong soft skills
