We are looking for a new Family member to join our HR team in the company’s head office located in Vilnius!

Responsibilities: 

• Manage a full cycle of the talent acquisition process 
• Devise and implement sourcing strategies to build pipelines of potential applicants, such as employer branding initiatives 
• Ensure a positive experience for candidates
• Form close relationships with hiring managers to ensure clear candidate/interviewer expectations

Requirements: 

• Experience in HR and recruitment role 
• Higher education degree (preferably Human resources, Business administration, or related fields)
• Excellent communication skills both in English and Lithuanian;
• Understanding of Lithuanian labor law.
• Ability to build relationships and connect with people
• Project ownership, good communication skills, positivity, and a ‘can do’ attitude
