MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:

Take responsibility for the production processes and results;
Plan, organize, and manage the work of the unit and its employees (30 subordinates);
Monitor the technical condition of the equipment, coordinate and organize regular maintenance and repairs of the equipment together with the technical service team;
Ensure the fulfillment of the company’s budget and goals (within the structural unit);
Prepare daily reports on the results of work, their evaluation, and provision of recommendations for necessary improvements.

REQUIREMENTS:

At least 4 years of experience in a similar, managerial position;
Good knowledge and skills in the technological processes of production work;
Ability to make independent decisions and work in a team;
Discipline of work performance, responsibility for the course and results of the assigned work;
Willingness to self-educate, acquire new knowledge, improve professional skills and abilities;
Fluency in English, Russian and Lithuanian language (both oral and written);
Category B driving license.
