Wix’s technical writers. As Wix expands its developer platform, we produce extensive API and conceptual documentation for both external users and our own developers. If you have the skills and the drive, join us!
You are:
A writer with 3+ years of experience in writing professional-level content in perfect English. You’re comfortable with technology, you have a basic understanding of programming and you know the basics of API design. You’re familiar with developer tools and you feel comfortable interacting with developers and architects. In addition, you can communicate complex concepts to a non-technical audience.
As a UX writer, you will:
- Document APIs at an appropriate level for various audiences
- Create code examples
- Write highly-technical and user-friendly content
- Provide feedback to developers to ensure:
- usability for external consumers
- cross-platform API consistency
- Clearly communicate an API’s business case
- Work independently and proactively with multiple stakeholders
