• university degree in engineering/technology/construction
• 3+ years of experience in managing construction projects (advantage if it were renewable energy projects);
• strong project management skills;
• excellent negotiation and execution skills, autonomy and responsibility in dealing with various operational issues;
• good knowledge of AutoCAD, MS Excel, Power point;
• excellent English language.

• create and manage project design;
• plan and organize construction work, coordinate all participants of construction process;
• participate in negotiations of new project contracts, selection of subcontractors;
• manage performance of contractual obligations;
• use formal processes and tools to secure project deadlines and budgets, as well as manage resources, risks and changes;
• ensure management and fulfillment of technological requirements for the construction of the project
• management, completeness, submission of project documentation to the authorities
