Tele2 is looking for a IP Network Engineer who is going to be responsible for local Telco network infrastructure operations and development in Lithuania as well as taking part in projects with colleagues from Baltic Network team. You will work with cutting-edge technologies, progress driven colleagues and biggest network equipment vendors. As IP Network Engineer you will have to implement, troubleshoot, resolve issues of existing network infrastructure, plan and design how we can continue to deliver best-in-class network performance.
What You Will Do:
- Work on network infrastructure configuration and automation
- Microwave network planning and maintenance
- Participation and leading in 5G network project works
- Prepare network documentation
- Cooperation with Tele2 network operation team in everyday activities
What We Expect:
- Good understanding of IP/MPLS networking
- Skills in planning and designing transport network solutions
- You can identify opportunities to optimize and enhance existing systems with new capabilities to meet business needs
- Positive energy and willingness to learn new things/technologies
- Good communication skills, fluency in the Lithuanian and English language
Nice to Have Experience:
- Hands-on experience with Microwave Radio Links and Fiber Optical Networks
- Scripting capabilities
- Ability to work with network automation tools
We offer a monthly salary 2500 Eur gross plus bonuses, depending on your results and competencies, package full of benefits.
