The quality Assurance Team within AML area is looking for a Quality Assurance Specialist who will be responsible for verifying and ensuring compliance with AML quality standards.

Responsibilities:

• Perform quality assurance review in accordance with AML policies and departmental procedures
• Analyse data and prepare reports to improve quality performance at individual and team level
• Identify and ensure constant improvements in service quality by preparing action proposals
• Provide regular feedback relating to quality assurance reviews to QA AML Management on how to improve their Investigations and SAR reporting
• Assist AML QA Team lead in daily tasks, including development and improvement of AML quality procedures
• Perform quality checks on completed AML cases and provide feedback to AML specialists in regards to Quality requirements
• Assist in preparing presentations

• Experience in conducting AML quality assurance
• Experience in a Fintech would be considered an advantage
• Overall interest in the AML field and constantly seeking knowledge
• ICA, ACAMS certification is an advantage
• Good knowledge and understanding of AML laws and the regulatory environment
• Ability to provide constructive feedback and reports
• Excellent ability to conduct research
• Strong attention to the details
• Ability to work under tight deadlines with a high degree of accuracy
• Fluency in English (fluency in another European language is a plus)
