What you will be doing: 

• Perform all bookkeeping functions 
• AR & AP processes with all connected reconciliations
• Fixed Assets ledger management 
• Monthly, quarterly, annual internal and statutory US GAAP and local GAAP reporting 
• Support financial analysis such as GP margin and NP margin 
• Own end-to-end month close cycle 
• Prepare Balance Sheet reconciliation and Analysis 
• Resolve accounting errors identified from account reconciliation 
• Established corporate policies and monitor procedures are followed 
• Support annual budgets and related reporting 
• Contact and support for internal / external audits 
• Provide tax services in accordance with current tax laws and regulations 

What your background should look like: 

• Finance/accounting function management experience min 4-5 years, preferably in international environment and min Certified Management Accountant degree  
• Experienced with monthly closing activity and reports
• Good knowledge of German accounting and bookkeeping standards (local GAP)  
• Good communication skills and Fluency in German and English  
• Strong organizational and prioritization skills; attention to detail 
•  Strong accuracy and attention to detail 
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team 
• Ability to develop and optimize the working processes
