Your responsibilities will include:
- Analyze and evaluate business needs for information systems
- Analyze systems integration
- Prepare solution and technical tasks to internal clients and developer
- Collaborate with developers: implementation process planning, division of assignments and monitoring
- Collaborate with other members of product team to assist in planning and execution
- Prepare testing scenarios and participation in testing
We are looking for a colleague who has:
- 2+ years’ experience with LS Retail
- 2+ years’ experience as IT Business Analyst or in a similar role
- Knowledge of MS Dynamics NAV ERP
- Knowledge of software development
- Good understanding of technology and business needs
- Strong analytical thinking and interpersonal skills
- Good communication and problem-solving skills
- Good knowledge of English and Lithuanian languages
- Focus on customer needs and quality
- Good stakeholder management skills
