Cognizant is an American multinational company providing information technology, consulting, and business process outsourcing services. We are looking for a collaborative and motivated Swedish speaker to join our Language Training Specialist team in Vilnius.

Purpose of the position:

• Developing the CEFR B1/B2 level curriculum (incl. selection of training materials and program)
• Delivering the Swedish language training to Cognizant employees (intensive training: 4 h in-the-class training + 4 h consultancy and other shorter forms of training)
• Evaluation of trainees

• Intensive training
• Planning, preparing, and developing Swedish lessons for a range of employees
• Providing them with appropriate individual tasks for the second part of the day
• Having good knowledge of the teaching and material for intensive training
• Cooperation with other trainers
• Providing appropriate feedback on students' language performance
• Revising, writing, and producing new training tasks, among other things for our digital platform
• Basic administration, such as keeping student registers and attendance records
• Additional training
• Planning, preparing, and developing short-term Swedish training based on employees request and possessed language level
• Preparing training programs and material for short-term training

• Proficient or native level Swedish language
• Very good English (spoken and written)
• Experience within the educational sector, as a lector, trainer, and degree in Scandinavian languages - a strong asset
• Passion for teaching and positive attitude
• Very good communication skills, patience, empathy and creativity
• Team spirit and coaching attitude
• Very good organisational and time management skills
• Ability to work in a multicultural business environment
