As a leader, you will be an instrumental part of our talented cyber defence team.  We'll look to you to lead and manage the Cyber Fusion Center regional team of information security analysts and work with other Cyber Fusion Center leaders and teams across the globe.  You will be responsible for managing the daily activities related to monitoring and responding to security events and incidents.  As a capability lead, you will also serve as a subject matter expert to work with engineering teams to improve detection capabilities and create operation efficiencies while reducing triage and response times.

For this role, we will require you to have a degree in management, computer science, engineering or a related field and have 6 to 8 years of experience in Information Systems, Information Security, Incident Response, or related experience.  We prefer 2 years of experience managing people, including technical staff. You have a working knowledge of SIEM, SOAR, EDR, IDS/IPS, WAF, and other related technologies. You'll need to be a natural leader who demonstrates positivity and a proactive approach whilst executing your tasks. Preferable certifications include CEH, ECSA, GIAC GSEC/GCIH/GCIA/GSOM, or CISSP which would add value to your experience with us.

The monthly gross base salary range is 3,555 – 6,046EUR. This range represents the anticipated low and high end of the salary for this position. This role is also eligible to receive an annual bonus that align with individual and company performance.  Actual salaries will vary and are based on factors such as a candidate's qualifications, skills, and competencies. Salary is one component of the Western Union total compensation package, which includes short-term incentives, multiple health insurance options, accident and life insurance, and access to best-in-class development platforms, to name a few!
