- Performs data entry AP / AR tasks as assigned, such as posting transactions to SAP, maintaining accurate data records and workflow;
- Maintains frequent contact with internal and external customers;
- Responds to inquiries, checks accounting transactions to locate and resolve discrepancies;
- Compiles various financial documents, verifies their accuracy with established procedures;
- Assists SSC colleagues in departmental initiatives;
Your Profile
- Knowledge of general accounting / bookkeeping principles and minimum 1 year of relevant experience;
- Good basic skills of working with MS Excel;
- Experience of working with accounting packages (e.g. SAP) an advantage;
- Ability to communicate effectively in English, both orally and in writing;
- Strong organizational skills; attention to detail;
- Problem solver and customer care attitude.
