- Lead and define localization processes and infrastructure
- Develop and manage automated processes to minimize low value/repetitive tasks
- Lead, design and implement governance best practices
- Lead and manage a team of talented localization managers

- 2+ years' experience in directly leading a team
- Ability to mentor, guide and facilitate career development of individuals in the team
- Deep understanding of software for LQA, CAT and translation management systems (Crowdin, memoQ, Memsource, ContentQuo, etc.)
- English language skills: Upper-Intermediate (B2)
- Strong organizational and coordination skills to get things done in a fast-paced environment
- Passion for process and tools innovation
