• Initiate and lead IT product deployment and system integration projects
• Define and manage project scope, schedule, and budget
• Apply working knowledge of Agile/ Scrum practices and principles
• Assess and mitigate risks related to project deliveries
• Assemble project team and ensure engagement within the team
• Organize collaborative work processes, integrate team’s technical competencies to minimize structural and process inefficiencies and to enhance project value delivered through IT architecture and design solutions that can be used across projects
• Develop common understanding of project goals among key stakeholders
• Assess and report product delivery value objectively, accurately, and transparently in relation to evolving business needs
• Actively involve stakeholders, organize, and lead project steering committees

• 2+ years’ experience in IT project management
• Knowledge of Agile methodology and processes
• Team management practice, including defining roles and assigning tasks
• Ability to communicate clearly with all levels within organization
• Demonstrated appreciation to meet evolving business needs
• Fluent English and Lithuanian
