Job description
- Analysis of current development trends of IT solutions for neobanks and payment systems;
- Participation (together with company business departments) in creating a strategy of company IT infrastructure development;
- Shaping tasks for the IT development team (internal and /or external) by preparing technical requirements, technical tasks and project briefs;
- Task performance control;
- Communication with internal company departments to establish unified working principles in IT area.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience in E-commerce/logistics/finance industry background in similar role;
- Perfect communication skills and analytical mindset;
- Experience in tight IT teamwork;
- Experience in payment service area, neobanking, knowledge of IT solutions for banking and other types of payments;
- Deep understanding of modern payment systems: SWIFT, SEPA, FX, IBANs, Payment Accounts, Payment Cards, etc. is desired;
- Understanding of security issues for overloaded banking/payment IT systems;
- Possibility to work from company Vilnius office;
- Understanding of modern stack of technologies (MS SQL (Azure), C#, GoLang, Angular/JavaScript);
- Fluency in English both written and spoken.
