As a member of the training team you will communicate with different countries within Europe. The goal of your role is to support local markets during transformation process.

Our team makes sure specialists in the local markets are ready to start working with a new system and are aware of the agreed way of working

Your responsibilities will include:

• Analyze new system functionalities
• Create and maintain system manuals
• Support local market trainers by conducting Q&A sessions on new functionalities
• Closely collaborate with internal teams to keep the track of constant changes

About you:

• To have advanced spoken and written English skills
• To be a proficient with Microsoft package
• Have Debt Collection knowledge (considered as advantage)
• Have experience in training field
• Be able to work under limited supervision

Salary range:

1300 - 2200 Eur gross/month. The final offer will depend on the experience and competencies of the selected candidate.
