• Manage solar power plant construction projects for legal entities;
• Coordinate the activities of designers, contractors, subcontractors, suppliers;
• Prepare project preparation documentation;
• Represent the company in consultations with participants in construction technical activities and state institutions;
• Preparation and ordering of production permits;
• Preparation/collection and application of the documentation for the VERT certificate;
• Coordination of the building permit issuance process;
• To ensure that the implementation of projects complies with the EU legal acts, the laws of the Republic of Lithuania, legal acts directly regulating its activities and the orders of the director;
• Predict project discrepancies, identify risks;
• Prepare project implementation reports;

• Higher education in the field of energy;
• At least 2-3 m. research working in a medium sized or large international company in the field of project management;
• Experience in solar energy - an advantage;
• Ability to work in a team and cooperate;
• Ability to set priorities and adapt to a dynamic work environment;
• Result orientation, diligence, responsibility;
• Confidence and ability to maintain concentration in unforeseen circumstances;
• Motivation and involvement;
• Willingness to create, update processes and improve both own, team and company work.
