WHAT YOU’LL DO
You will be responsible for creating, implementing and managing the overall marketing campaigns to achieve business goals in all target markets – Lithuania, Latvia, Estonia. Wherever you join our LIVIN team, you’ll have the opportunity to make an immediate impact.
- Develop and implement marketing strategies, annual plans and budgets both online and offline, collaborating with the team to deliver;
- Deliver successful marketing campaigns and initiatives across multiple channels by attracting new and retaining existing customers;
- Manage and optimise digital campaigns for conversion, activation, retention, and holistic multi-channel experiences across multiple channels: search, display, social, retargeting networks to deliver the best ROI;
- Develop, execute, and optimize e-mail campaigns;
- Oversee SEO strategy and priorities;
- Test different value propositions and messages across different channels to find the best angle to introduce our products for each target group;
- Communicate LIVIN brand effectively;
- Lead and manage e-commerce growth initiatives to boost sales;
- Identify effective, innovative digital media technologies and latest trends;
- Collaborate with external Digital agencies.
WHAT YOU’LL NEED
- Interest in what we do;
- 2+ years’ work experience in digital and offline marketing;
- Performance marketing experience (Facebook Ads, Google Ads);
- Analytical mindset to challenge Digital agencies;
- Positive and get-things-done attitude;
- To quickly learn necessary technical tools. Previous exposure to marketing technology, ad tech, BI report development tools is a big plus;
- To manage many projects and drive multiple threads of work to completion;
- Excellent Lithuanian and English skills. Russian is a plus.
