Avia Solutions Group R&D department provides services to subsidiary companies related to IT Governance & Management, IT Service Delivery, IT infrastructure services, workplace support and ServiceDesk, Enterprise Applications (Digital IT Solutions, ERP), Cybersecurity and PMO.

Responsibilities:

• Manage dynamic range of R&D projects (new systems implementation, upgrades and renewals, software development, IT infrastructure migrations or integrations of newly acquired companies)
• Plan and manage projects through its lifecycle
• Ensure projects are delivered on-time, according to scope and within budget
• Use best practices to communicate and manage stakeholders
• Maintain and develop project management information system
• Actively participate in PMO activities
• Spread art and science of project management across organization

Requirements:

• 3-4 years of working experience in IT project management
• Ability to effectively operate in complex organizational structure with some level of uncertainty
• Great communication skills and stakeholders management.
• Perfect organizational skills and ability to multitask between projects
• Fluent in English
• Certifications: PMP, Prince2, CompTIA Project+, ICAgile would be considered as advantage.
