Qualifications
• Understanding of project management and delivery methods (e.g. PMBOK, PRINCE2, ITIL, Scrum) would be considered as a plus
• Experience working with data gathering, quality assurance, reporting and analysis would be considered as a plus
• Experience of working in a project environment and/or process development and/or improvement
• MS Office proficiency
• Extremely diligent and attentive to details
• Self-motivation, pro-activeness and ‘Can-Do’ approach, and positive attitude to challenges
Job Description
• Perform data quality assurance in Project management tools
• Provide analysis and insightful data reporting to enable informed decisions
• Manage and maintain consistent and effective use of processes and tools within projects
• Ensure project management and delivery governance (planning, risks, issues, finance, reporting)
• Provide dedicated large project administration support
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives in project and portfolio management space
