Job Description
As a Technical Support Specialist, you will be responsible for technical support in our offices that includes installing and updating software, driver updates, data transfers, data backups, and implementing other new features. You will also cooperate with other company departments to assure the best quality of technical support.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with other responsible teams to develop, build, and maintain new interfaces
- Test and evaluate new technology
- Configure and update remote accounts
- Set up and troubleshoot the workstation and hardware
- Monitor and manage access and accounts
- Bug-fix, update, and maintain Linux OS
- Perform day-to-day technical support

- Higher education, could be a student (preferred IT education)
