As an Accounts Payable Specialist, you are fully responsible to deliver the defined services within the specified time, budget, and quality to the satisfaction of the internal and external stakeholders.

Main Tasks:

• Checking and posting of invoices and credit notes (paper invoices and data carrier invoices) regarding merchandise, costs, and investments
• Clarification of differences with specialist companies and suppliers
• Posting and balancing of invoices and credit notes after auditing based on current procedural guidelines and under facilitation of the best conditions
• Processing of received reminders
• Evaluation and reconciliation of ledger and supplier accounts, reconciliation of balances with external suppliers and Group companies
• Reconciliation of goods receipt and incoming accounting accounts (WE/RE), regarding invoices, credit notes and receivables
• Monitoring of incoming payments of unbilled credit notes
• Execution of payment transactions and intra-group netting
• Setting up and maintaining permanent bookings
• Archiving of documents (including scanning invoices and credit notes); Print list archiving in SAP
• Creation and maintenance of supplier master records
• Support in all reporting topics (month-end, year-end & budget)
