• At least 3 years of experience designing mobile and web apps. Experience designing SaaS products is a bonus
• Skills to design end-to-end from discovery to execution: research, information architecture, data design, concept design, iterative prototyping, and final design delivery
• Solid portfolio, showing a track record of shipping great design and an understanding of why details matter
• Proficiency in popular design tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch, Craft, Abstract, Miro). We mostly use Figma today
• Good verbal and written communication and argumentation skills
• Fluent in English (at least B2 level). Any additional language is a plus
• Can-do attitude, creativity, and passion for improvement in everything you do

• Own FinCell design process from design strategy to day-to-day team support
• Define and maintain product design assets and ensure brand consistency throughout different components (product, web page, marketing materials, sales process, etc.)
• Design and document user flows, wireframes, and prototypes for FinCell mobile and web apps
• Research ways to improve existing user journeys, navigation, layout, and design new functionality
• Research and understand FinCell clients and its end-users profiles and needs
• Explain and advocate our design decisions with clients
• Analyze product performance in terms of UI/UX and suggest improvements
• Work closely with Product manager, marketing, and sales, as well as the development team
