Candidate profile:
• University degree or High school degree with education in the field of computer science
• Prior experience in tech support, desktop support, or a similar role
• Fluent in both French and English
• 0-3+ years of experience in IT support/Customer service role
• Attention to detail and good problem-solving skills
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with native and English language
• Good Customer relationship management skills
• Good decision-making skills

Essential Job Functions:
• Providing software / network problem diagnosis / resolution to customers
• Executing first attempt to solve Incidents/Service Requests otherwise referring to the appropriate
resolution owner support group
• Tracking the progress of an owned Incident/Service Request during its entire lifecycle (from creation to closure) to ensure that it is resolved within the Service Level Agreement
• Other IT related duties as assigned

Provides technical support to end users for moderate complex Hardware, application, system, access, and software issues.
Tracks and updates the progress of an owned Incident/Service Request during its entire lifecycle (from creation to closure) to ensure that it is resolved within the Service Level Agreements, otherwise referring to the appropriate resolution owner support group.
Maintains hardware, software, inventory and database
