YOUR FUTURE RESPONSIBILITIES

• Act as a key person and first level of business support for all sort of questions related to eFront application 
• Analyse needs of Operations and evaluate feasibility of their requirements related to the software
• Act as the link between Operations and IT team to assist on resolving issues identified in the application and system modifications
• Write user guides on new or already existing software modules and provide training 
• Tracking on backlog and open items
• Work closely with the Platform Delivery Team leader and escalate any issues or concerns

YOUR PROFILE

What we’ll look for on your CV:
• You have a bachelor degree in Accounting, Economics or IT.
• You are fluent in English
• You are detail oriented, analytical and inquisitive
• Experience with accounting systems in a similar role will be an advantage

What will make you stand out in a crowd:
• A first experience in eFront FrontInvest (FIA) solution would be a plus.
