About position

Actively support projects proposal writing phase (state of the art, impact, WP description sections), communicate with project coordinator and partners in the project proposal preparation.
Coordinate projects at the international level and contribute to the work package on dissemination, communication, and exploitation, followed by the project activities.
Identify opportunities and consortium partners, and collaborate with experts/partners to achieve engagement objectives.
Manage day-to-day operations for planning, coordinating, and implementing projects within the decided-upon budget, timeline, and scope.
Present project results to different target groups and project-relevant documentation (project plans, reports, PPTs and etc.)
Actively promote the project and the results of its activities in social media and other communication tools, organize events such as webinars/tutorials and etc.
Actively support the internal Team, participate in project meetings, and present the Company and its contributions.

Requirements

At least 3 years of working experience in EU projects, under different programs (KDT JU, Horizon Europe, etc.)
Marketing experience or set of skills to be used for dissemination material.
Ability to prepare Go to market analysis and competitor analysis on the innovation pathway related to the project.
Ability to prepare Exploitation reports.
The role requires to be highly organized and a good multi-tasker.
As you will be responsible for the whole project cycle, you must be an outstanding
English communicator and a natural leader.
Fluency in English (verbal and written).
Ability to travel.
