ABOUT THE PROJECT

This role requires skilled embedded software developer, preferably who has experience working within the automotive industry. The platform you will be working with runs on affordable commodity hardware targets to enable the best developer experience. Using it new applications can be run, tested and presented before they will be introduced to in-car hardware.

YOU WILL

In this position You will design, implement, test and integrate high-reliable code in Linux-like system to enable core functionality in an infotainment platform.
Together with a team you will be working on reusable platform that enables developers worldwide to develop applications for Infotainment systems independent of the car´s production life cycle.

FROM YOU WE EXPECT

Strong skills in an embedded software development (embedded Linux);
Experience working with C/C++;
Experience workin with CMake;
Knowledge about testing frameworks (e. g. GoogleTest, pytest);
Also a hands on development experience in following areas would be a big plus:

Automotive industry
System Power State Management
Yocto, RTOS, MatLab
CI/CD e.g. Jenkins
Some knowledge in writing multi-threaded, asynchronous software
