Our international Kesko Senukai HR manager will:
- Interpret and implement HR policies, practices and procedures to further the values and strategic vision of Kesko Senukai;
- Manage the recruitment, selection and onboarding processes;
- Conduct, maintain and evaluate training and development programs;
- Plan and develop HR tools to support human resources operations;
- Plan, develop and manage HR budget by estimating demand, measuring and analyzing results;
- Overall responsibility for the HR function related issues in Estonia.
Requirements:
- working knowledge and expertise of HR practices, policies and procedures in Estonia (retail industry would be an advantage);
- knowledge and expertise of training and development, recruitment and selection tools;
- Estonian and English language skills;
- higher education (degree in management or human resources would be an advantage);
- responsibility, sense of duty, thoroughness, creativity;
- driver’s license.
