Responsibilities:
• Facilitating the resolution of intricate technical challenges faced by our partners.
• Engaging in cross-functional collaboration to enhance existing processes.
• Establishing and sustaining an internal repository of organizational knowledge.
• Providing training and mentorship to team members at the junior level.
• Evaluating internal workflows to identify areas for improvement and supporting the implementation of necessary changes.

Requirements:
• Up to 2 years of experience in a Technical Support, or Analyst role.
• Strong English skills, both verbal and written.
• Team player with high attention to detail
• Customer-orientated mindset and strong collaboration skills.
• Goal-driven with a can-do attitude and ability to work under pressure.
• Fast learning and high self-motivation.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
