• Proven experience as an employee experience specialist ( at least 1 year )
• Experience and know-how in creating employee experience, engagement, culture-related projects and data-driven decisions
• Eagerness to learn, innovation-driven attitude
• Excellent communication skills (Lithuanian & English), perfect listener and able to pinpoint and focus on the main pain-points
• Knowledge of people-related concepts, methods and best practices 

• Implement Baltic Amadeus culture development strategy, plan and execute related initiatives to reach our cultural goals
• Manage employee lifecycle projects, ensuring the best employee experience
• Implement new and innovative initiatives to ensure employee engagement, measure and report the effectiveness of it
• Evaluate and analyze People metrics and use the data to update the plans, actions and provide periodic reports and recommendations to business managers and people team
• Create ways to amplify core values and build employee connections; keeping employees informed, engaged, and inspired and ensuring employees feel heard, valued, respected and their work is impactful
• Update and communicate if needed about the employee & workplace related policies
• Ensure all employees are included into community activities (neverthless on-site or hybrid-remote)
• Together with People team work on and assist in the execution of programs involving training, performance management
• Other duties and tasks may be assigned as needed to support the business and People team
