Crew resource manager
We currently have an engaging role for a Crew resource manager to join our Flight operations team.
The successful candidate will have good interpersonal, analytical, and problem-solving skills and will have + 5 years of experience in a similar position.
Responsibilities:
- Coordination and update of crew planning (long-mid term) in respect of production plan (aircraft/operation/crew set needed)
- Daily follow-up of short-term crew planning in respect of short-term production plan (aircraft/operation/crew set needed)
- Ensuring crew sets needed as per plan (recruitment/release/holidays, other)
- Market analysis of crew agencies, selection and negotiation of conditions
- Crew recruitment process via crew agencies
- Analysis and solutions of roster patterns and crew terms and conditions
- Instant communication with rostering department, production, crew, and crew agencies
Requirements:
- Good computer literacy.
- Fluency in English
- Flight operations background, either as a crew rostering - crew training - OPS control
