Here at QUADIGI we provide software development and testing services for safety and medical devices. In particular we specialize in embedded software for lung ventilation, anesthesia, breathalyzers, gas detectors and other similar devices used by emergency services as well as industrial workers all over the world. 

In QuaDigi you will join our project management team here locally and at the same time become a part of the larger international community within our partner company. You will also be assigned to a project within safety or medical domain as well as get to manage and grow a team of excellent software developers. 

Here project leadership will include frequent communication with stakeholders as well close support of current engineering team. You would also take part in technical discussions, so it would be great to have some sort of software development background or at least general understanding, in order to speak "same language". It is also very important to encourage best engineering practices within the team - like peer reviews, keeping up with design and code development standards etc. For this position we are looking for an IT Project Lead who has prior experience working on a large-scale projects as well as: 

• Led and closely managed at least a small agile team, collected requirements, did project estimations etc.; 
• Managed risks, made decisions and communicated effectively with the team;  
• Possesses fluent English skills.
