If You have:

• University degree (Communication, Marketing, Journalism or related area)
• At least 5 years of experience in public relations area (experience in food industry or retail – advantage)
• Experience with writing and editing texts, articles and messages
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Experience with crises communication
• Passion with sustainability
• Ability to work in a quickly changing environment, innovate and find creative solutions
• Excellent planning, organization, stakeholder management and networking skills
• Ability to work independently
• Fluency in English and perfect Lithuanian language skills

• Develop PR communication strategy to support achievement of business objectives
• Strengthen relations with target groups of public relations, including regional and national mass media, non-governmental organizations and local communities
• Organize sponsorship projects, events, and related activities, lead content projects
• Manage "Rimi" proactive and reactive media relations: develop press releases, statement articles, organize press conferences, prepare answers to me media requests and etc
• Cooperate with local and Baltic colleagues, to ensure aligned internal and external communication
• Cooperate with local colleagues to advise on best communication solutions for marketing activities
• Support "Rimi" representatives as to the appearance in the society and public statements
• Cooperate with external service providers
• Manage budget.
